| 【】目的 对手工微柱凝胶免疫检验法在AB0、RhD血型抗原鉴定中的应用效果进行评价分析,为今后的临床血型鉴定工作,提供有价值的参考信息。方法 抽取2015年1月-2016年12月间,在我院接受健康体检人群2118例作为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分成两组,每组1059例,分别命名为观察组和对照组,两组健康体检人群血型检测分别采取手工微柱凝胶免疫检验法和常规试管法,而后对这两组体检者的血型抗原检验结果进行统计分析。结果 经统计发现,观察组与对照组的血型检验方法对体检者ABO、RhD血型抗原检验结果的符合率为100%,两种方法比较,检验结果无明显差异(P＞0.05)。结论 在血型检验过程中,手工微柱凝胶免疫检验法与试管法的检验结果无明显差异,并且手工微柱凝胶免疫检验法相对于试管法具有操作方便,结果判断更清晰,灵敏度更高等优势,临床价值显著,值得关注并推广。 |

| Objective To evaluate the application effect of manual microcolumn gel immunoassay in the identification of AB0 and RhD blood group antigens, and to provide valuable reference information for clinical blood group identification in the future. Methods from January 2015 -2016 year in December in our hospital, 2118 cases of healthy population as the research object, randomly divided into two groups, 1059 cases in each group, were named as the observation group and the control group, two groups of healthy people were taken blood type detection test manual microcolumn gel immunoassay and routine in the method, then the antigen test to the two group of subjects were analyzed. Results it was found that the coincidence rate of the blood group examination method of the observation group and the control group was 100% for the ABO and RhD blood group antigen test results of the physical examination, and there was no significant difference between the two methods (P > 0.05). Conclusion the blood type in the inspection process, no significant difference between the manual microcolumn gel immunoassay method and test tube method test results and test method of manual microcolumn gel immunoassay to test tube method has the advantages of convenient operation, the judgment is more clear and more sensitive advantages, significant clinical value, worthy of attention and promotion. |
