| 自噬通过促进溶酶体消化分解受损或衰老的蛋白质、大分子和细胞器,从而调节心肌细胞内的平衡,避免细胞凋亡和损伤。在心血管疾病方面,如心肌缺血,心衰等,自噬均产生一定影响,具体影响方式仍待进一步研究。越来越多学者发现,自噬与中医理论有很大的相关性,中药可能通过调节自噬,从而改善心血管功能。本文根据近年的相关研究,做综述如下。 |

| Autophagic maintain the balance of myocardial cells and by digesting and degradating damaged or aging proteins, macromolecules and organelles.At the same time ,autophagic avoide myocardial cells apoptosis and injury. In the field of cardiovascular disease , such as myocardial ischemia, heart failure,etc.Autophagic has a particularly affect .But the way remains to be further studied. More and more scholars have found that autophagy and theory have great relevance, traditional Chinese medicine may improve cardiovascular function,by adjusting autophagy.This review will present the most recent advances in the research of autophagy and Chinese medicine. |
