| 目的：建立莲子心的HPLC指纹图谱,为莲子心的品质评价提供方法。方法：采用Agilent HC C18( 4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,乙腈-0.1%三乙胺溶液(10∶90)为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长284 nm,柱温30℃,建立莲子心的HPLC 指纹图谱,并对莲子心进行相似度评价。结果： 10个产地莲子心的指纹图谱的相似度在0.90以上,其主要化学成分基本一致。结论：该方法能较好地反映莲子心的化学成分信息,且操作简单,重复性好,为科学评价莲子心品质提供了参考。 |

| Abstract: Objective The HPLC fingerprint of Nelumbinis Plumula was established to evaluated its quality. Methods An agilent HC C18 column( 4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was gradiently eluted with acetonitrile and water(containing 0.1% triethylamine) as the mobile phase. The flow rates was 1.0 mL?min-1. The column temperature was 30 ℃. The detection wavelength was 284 nm. The HPLC fingerprint was established and the similarity was evaluated. Results The similarity of 10 batches of Nelumbinis Plumula from different area is greater than 0.90. The main chemical components are basically identical. Conclusion The method is simple and reliable, and can well evaluate the quality of Nelumbinis Plumula. |
