| 目的 观察理气暖胃颗粒治疗肝胃不和挟寒型CSG的临床疗效,并探讨可能的作用机制。方法 119例肝胃不和挟寒型CSG患者服用理气暖胃颗粒,一次1袋,一日3次,疗程为4周。观察治疗前、中、后症状及体征,同时检测治疗前后血清CCK、NPY水平。结果 理气暖胃颗粒治疗肝胃不和挟寒型CSG的总有效率为87.85%；治疗后患者血清CCK水平有所下降 (P＜0.05),NPY水平明显上升 (P＜0.05)。结论 理气暖胃颗粒治疗肝胃不和挟寒型CSG疗效明显,其部分机制可能与降低血清CCK、升高NPY水平有关。 |

| Objective To observe the clinic efficacy and its mechanism of the method of Liqinuanwei granule in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis of liver- stomach disharmony with cold syndrome. Method 119 cases of patients,conforming to the diagnostic criteria of chronic superficial gastritis of liver- stomach disharmony with cold syndrome,were chosen from the Digestive outpatient department of Internal Medicine and treated with Liqinuanwei granule for 4 weeks. The changes of the clinical symptom and sign were observed before and after treatment. Besides,the contents of CCK and NPY in serum were measured. Result The total effectiveness is 87.85%, compared post-treatment with pre-treatment,the CCK in all patients was significantly lower (P＜0.05) and the NPY significantly increased (P＜0.05). Conclusion Liqinuanwei granule in treating CSG of liver-stomach disharmony with cold syndrome may decrease the content of serum CCK and increase NPY,and thus improve the clinical symptoms. |
