| 穿心莲内酯,又名穿心莲乙素,二萜内酯类化合物,为穿心莲主要活性成分之一,具有广泛的药理活性,已被深入研究。文章综述了近几年来穿心莲内酯及其衍生物在抗菌、抗肿瘤、保肝、抗心血管疾病等方面的最新研究进展。除此之外,文章还首次重点综述了穿心莲内酯在抗骨质疏松、抗疟、抗肥胖等方面的新型药理活性研究进展。随着对穿心莲内酯及其衍生物药理活性的研究不断深入,已表明该类化合物新药具有较佳的研究价值和开发前景。 |

| Andrographolide, a diterpene lactone compound, also named herba andrographitis b, was one of the main active ingredient of herba andrographitis, which possessed extensive pharmacological activities and had been studied deeply. Our paper reviewed the latest research progress of andrographolide and its derivatives in antibacterial, anti-tumor, protecting liver, and cardiovascular disease resistance etc.. Besides, we summarized new pharmacological activities research progress of andrographolide in anti-osteoporosis, anti-malarial, anti-obesity for the first time. As the pharmacological activities research of andrographolide and its derivatives have been advanced gradually, the kind of compound drugs are presenting a better research value and development prospects. |
