| 目的：对现代针灸治疗子宫内膜异位症的相关文献进行整理分析，为临床选穴提供参考和理论依据。方法：通过计算机检索数据库，收集符合标准的针灸治疗子宫内膜异位症的相关文献，对针灸处方腧穴的频次、归经、分布进行统计分析，探讨临床上针灸取穴规律。结果：共纳入文献78篇，合计穴位66个，总频次为829次，涉及12条经脉。结论：现代文献针灸治疗子宫内膜异位症主要取穴为关元、三阴交、气海、中极、子宫，经脉以任脉、足太阴脾经为主，主要分布在胸腹部，特定穴以募穴为主。 |

| Objective: To sort out the data based on the modern literature of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of endometriosis, in order to provide the reference and the basic theory for clinical treatment. Methods: To collect and analyze related literature from databases about the acupoints, including frequency, distribution and channel entry for finding out the rules. Results: Seventy-eight researches were included with total 66 acupoints and 829 times, involving twelve meridians. Conclusion: The main acupoints are Guan yuan(RN4), San yin jiao(SP6), Qi hai(RN6), Zhong ji(RN3), Zi gong(EX-CA1), most of them are distributed in the chest and abdomen. The meridians are mainly on conception channel and spleen channel. The specific acupoint is mu acupoint. |
