| 目的: 观察热敏灸膏肓穴治疗白细胞减少症的临床疗效。方法:以膏肓穴为主穴,配之气海穴,施以“灸透,灸足”的饱和灸量,每日治疗１次,10天为一疗程,疗程间隔1天,共治疗2个疗程。观察白细胞升高情况及化疗后不良反应的变化。结果:经过治疗后白细胞升高较快且持久,化疗后的不适症状明显改善。结论:热敏灸膏肓穴可有效治疗化疗后白细胞减少症,改善化疗后的不良反应。该疗法简便廉价,无创无痛,值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical effecct of white blood cells reduce disease treated with thermai moxibustionat Gaohuang (BL43).Methods: give priority to with Gaohuang (BL43), with the breath of the sea, with "moxibustion moxibustion through," the amount of saturated moxibustion, treatment 1 times a day, 10 days for a period of treatment, treatment at 1 day, total treatment 2 course of treatment.Observation of interleukin increased and the changes of the adverse reactions of the chemotherapy.Results: after treatment of white blood cells increases quickly and persistent discomfort symptoms improved significantly after chemotherapy.Conclusion: thermal moxibustion Gaohuang (BL43) can be effective treatment of leucopenia after chemotherapy, and improve the adverse reaction after chemotherapy.The therapy is simple, cheap, non-invasive, painless, worthy of clinical popularization and application. |
