| 目的：探讨妇康片联合中药治疗青春期功血的临床疗效。方法：选取 2014年9月~2016年8月于我院妇科接受治疗的青春期功血患者110例，随机分为对照组和研究组，每组55例。对照组患者接受妇康片治疗，研究组患者接受妇康片联合中药治疗，对比分析两组患者的月经控制出血时间、完全止血时间，临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果：与对照组患者相比，研究组患者的月经控制出血时间和完全止血时间均明显缩短，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组的治疗有效率为87.3%，明显高于对照组的67.3%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；此外，两组患者的副作用无明显统计学差异（P＞0.05）。结论：妇康片联合中药治疗青春期功血的临床疗效显著，对月经周期的控制效果好，安全性相对较高，可为临床治疗青春期功血的方案选择通过参考。 |

| Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Norlutin tablets combined with traditional chinese medicine in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods: 110 Patients in our hospital from September 2014 to August 2016 were randomly divided into control group and study group, 55 cases in each group. The control group were treated by Norlutin tablets, the study group were treated by Norlutin combined with traditional chinese medicine, compared menstrual bleeding control time, hemostasis time, efficacy and adverse reactions rate between two groups. Results: Compared with the control group, the menstrual bleeding control time and hemostasis time of the study group were significantly reduced, the difference had statistically significant difference (P＜0.05); the effective rate of the study group was 87.3%, significantly higher than the control group 67.3%, the difference had statistically significant difference (P＜0.05); in addition, the adverse reactions rate of two groups had no statistically significant difference (P＞0.05). Conclusion: Norlutin tablets combined with traditional chinese medicine in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding, can better control the menstrual cycle and is relatively safe, it provides a good choice for the clinical treatment of puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding. |
