| 退行性脊柱侧凸(degenerative scoliosis,DS)是一种包括冠状位移位Cobb角> 10°、旋转性半脱位及椎体矢状位滑脱的三维旋转畸形。近年来，学者们提出了关于DS的病因学、流行病学、临床表现及治疗等方面的假说与观点，但是还没有哪一种可确切解释。本文主要从病因学、流行病学、临床表现及治疗四方面对DS的研究进展进行综述，笔者并提出对本病诊治的展望，使临床医生对DS有更为全面的了解，为DS的研究和治疗提供新的思路。 |

| Degenerative scoliosis is a three-dimensional rotation deformity that it is a coronal displacement Cobb angle>10°, rotational subluxation and sagittal spondylolisthesis.In recent years, scholars have put forward on DS etiology, epidemiology, clinical manifestations and treatment of hypotheses and views, but no one can be exact explanation.This article reviews the research progress of DS from four aspects: etiology, epidemiology, clinical manifestation and treatment. The author also puts forward the prospect of diagnosis and treatment of this disease,in order to clinicians have a more comprehensive understanding of DS, and treatment to provide new ideas. |
