| 目的 探讨慢性肾功能衰竭患者的动静脉造瘘手术,采用端端吻合与端侧吻合两种术式的疗效对比。方法 选择慢性肾功能衰竭行透析治疗的患者共计56例,随机分为两组,端端组28例,端侧组28例,两组均行腕部动静脉造瘘手术,比较两组的吻合成功率以及其他并发症等情况。结果 端端组与端侧组的吻合成功率1年内比较分别为75%和89.3%,两组的比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)；端端组出现两例窃血综合征,而端侧组未出现,发生率为7.5%和0%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论 端侧吻合术在一年内瘘口吻合成功率和并发症发生率方面优于端端吻合术,端侧吻合术是比较好的术式选择。 |

| objective Discuss the artery and vein fertilization of chronic renal insufficiency patients,using and-to-and anastomosis and and-to-side anastomosis,compare the curative effect.Methods Selected 56 cases of chronic renal insufficiency patients by dialysis treatment,and divide them into and-to-and group 28 cases, and-to-side group 28 cases randomly,both of two groups give artery and vein fistulization in wrist,compare the success rate of anastomose and other complications of two groups.Results The success rate of anastomose of and-to-and group and and-to-side group are 75% and 89.3% in one year,there was statistical significance difference in two groups(P﹤0.05),and-to-and group appear two cases of steal blood syndrome,occurrence rate was 7.5%,but and-to-side group have not , occurrence rate was 0%, there was statistical significance difference in two groups(P﹤0.05).Conciusion And-to-side surgery was better than and-to-and surgery in success rate of fistula anastomose and complications within one year, and-to-side surgery was a better choice of surgery. |
