| 目的：探讨应用16号针头治疗拇指屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床效果,方法：应用一次性16号注射器针头治疗拇指屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎患者90例,评价其治疗效果,并发症及不良反应等。结果：患者治疗后平均随访时间6月90例病例中治愈：84例,治愈率93.3%,好转：4例,好转率4.4%,无效：2例,无效率2.2%,无一例出现并发症。结论：应用一次性16号注射针头治疗拇指屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎临床效果满意,操作简单,取材方便,微创治疗损伤小,适合在基层医院推广应用。 |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of stenosing tenosynovitis of thumb flexor tendon by using NO.16 sterileShypodermicSneedle. Method: By using NO.16 sterileShypodermicSneedle in the treatment of thumb stenosing tenosynovitis in 90 patients, to evaluate the curative effect, complications and adverse reactions. Results: After the treatment, the average follow-up period is 6month, 84 cases were cured,cure rate： 93.3%, 4 cases improved, improvement rate：4.4%, 2 cases wear invalid,inefficiency：2.2%, no complications occurred. Conclusion: The treatment of thumb stenosing tenosynovitis by using NO.16 sterileShypodermicSneedle is convenient and safe with satisfactory clinical efficacy, minimally injury. It’s a suitable treatment in the primary hospitals. |
