| 目的: 观察腧穴热敏灸对桡骨远端骨折术后肿胀的临床疗效。方法: 所有60例患者采用随机单盲对照试验设计,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组实施曲池、手三里、外关、阳溪、合谷等热敏腧穴艾灸治疗,一天两次,疗程为7天；对照组给予20%甘露醇注射液250mL,静脉点滴,10-15分钟滴完,一天两次,疗程为7天。观察并记录治疗前及治疗第2d、3d、6d、7d肢体肿胀变化情况。结果:观察组和治疗组都有减轻桡骨远端骨折术后肿胀的作用,治疗2d后的疗效相当；治疗在第4d后观察组已明显优于对照组；7d后观察组对肿胀治疗的有效率为96.67%,对照组为73.33%。结论:腧穴热敏灸治疗桡骨远端骨折术后肿胀取得了较为满意的疗效,临床上值得推广。#$NL关键词: 桡骨远端骨折；术后；肿胀；腧穴热敏灸 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of acupoint heat-sensitive moxibustion on postoperative swelling of distal radius fractures. Methods: All 60 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The treatment group was treated with moxibustion at twice times for 7 days. The control group was given 250mL mannitol injection, intravenous drip, 10-15 mg / kg mannitol injection, Minute drop End, twice a day, a course of 7 days. The changes of limb swelling were observed and recorded on the 2nd, 3rd, 6th and 7th day after treatment. Results: The observation group and the treatment group all had the effect of reducing the postoperative swelling of the distal radius fractures, and the curative effect was similar after 2 days of treatment. The observation group was superior to the control group obviously after the 4th day; 7 days after the treatment, The efficiency was 96.67%, the control group was 73.33%. Conclusion: Acupoint heat - sensitive moxibustion is a satisfactory method for the treatment of distal radial fractures. It is worthy to be popularized. |
