| 目的 探讨多发性骨髓瘤患者血清IL-6与B2-MG的变化及临床意义。方法 以本院2008年6月至2015年6月收治的60例多发性骨髓瘤患者为研究对象,以本院同期40例健康志愿者为对照组,用RIA法检测各组血清中IL-6与B2-MG表达水平,并随访观察各组均于治疗前采集空腹静脉血测定血清IL-6、β2-MG水平。结果 MM组患者血浆IL-6、β2-MG水平均显著高于对照组,其差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。不同ISS分期的MM患者IL-16、β2-MG水平差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05),ISS Ⅲ患者IL-6、β2-MG水平均高于ISS Ⅰ期和ISS Ⅱ期患者(P＜0.05)。结论 IL-6、β2-MG在多发性骨髓瘤的发生发展中起着重要作用,IL-6、β2-MG水平的升高与患者预后密切相关,可将IL-6、β2-MG作为判断多发性骨髓瘤病情发展和预后的重要指标。 |

| Objective To investigate the changes of plasma IL-6 、β2-MG in patients with multiple myeloma and its clinical significance. Methods Sixty patients with multiple myeloma were enrolled in our hospital from June 2008 to June 2015. Forty healthy volunteers were selected as control group. All the patients were collected before the treatment. The levels of IL-16 and β2-MG were measured by Radioimmunoassy(RIA). ROC curve was used to analyze the optimal IL-16 thresholds in MM patients. Kaplan-Meier method was used to analyze the factors affecting overall survival. Results The levels of IL-16 and β2-MG in the MM group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of IL-16 and β2-MG in patients with ISS were significantly different (P<0.05). The levels of IL-16 and β2-MG Which were higher than those of ISS Ⅰ and ISS Ⅱ (P<0.05). Conclusion IL-16 and β2-MG play an important role in the development and progression of multiple myeloma. Elevation of IL-16 and β2-MG are closely related to the prognosis of patients. IL-16 and β2-MG can be used as an important index to judge the development and prognosis of multiple myeloma. |
