| 目的：观察外敷珍珠美白散配合耳穴压豆治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法：选取黄褐斑女性患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对比组各40例,治疗组采用珍珠美白散外敷加耳穴压豆治疗,内服逍遥丸；对照组口服逍遥丸。4周为1疗程,治疗两个疗程后评价两组有效率,并进行对比分析。结果：治疗组总有效率为 92.5%,对照组为 57.5%,两组比较有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：珍珠美白散配合耳穴压豆治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效好,不良反应少,可临床推广应用。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Zhenzhu Meibai Powder combined with ear-point bean press of treating chloasma. Methods: 80 cases of female patients with chloasma were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and contrast group, each 40 cases, the treatment group use Zhenzhu Meibai Powder combined with ear-point bean press together with oral Xiaoyao Pill; the control group was treated with Xiaoyao Pill orally. 4 weeks for 1 courses, after two courses of treatment ,the evaluation of the efficiency of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: the total effective rate of treatment group was 92.5%, while the control group is 57.5% .the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Zhenzhu Meibai Powder combined with ear-point bean press has good therapeutic effect in the treatment of chloasma,with little adverse reactions,and it’s worth clinical application. |
