| 【摘要】 目的：观察针刀配合骶管注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：将符合纳入标准120例患者按随机数字表法分成2组,治疗组60例给予针刀配合骶管注射治疗,对照组60例单纯用针刀治疗,分别在治疗1个疗程后观察疗效。结果：疗程完成后,治疗组总有效率为98.33％,疗效显著优于对照组总有效率86.67％,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论：针刀配合骶管注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有显著的临床疗效。 |

| 【Abstract】Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of needle-knife combined with canales sacralis injection therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods: Dividing 120 patients of inclusion criteria into two groups by random number table, the treatment group of 60cases with needleknife is cured with canales sacralis injection therapy ,meanwhile,the control group of 60 cases is treated with needleknife.Respectively after 1 course of treatment, effects were observed. Results: The total effective rate of treatment group was 98.33％, while that of control group was 86.67％,the total effective rate of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
