| 目的 对现代针灸治疗子宫内膜异位症的相关文献进行整理分析，为临床选穴提供参考和理论依据。方法 通过计算机检索数据库，收集符合标准的针灸治疗子宫内膜异位症的相关文献，对针灸处方腧穴的频次、归经、分布进行统计分析，探讨临床上针灸取穴规律。结果 共纳入文献78篇，合计穴位66个，总频次为 829次，涉及12条经脉。结论 现代文献针灸治疗子宫内膜异位症主要取穴为关元、三阴交、气海、中极、子宫，经脉以任脉、足太阴脾经为主，主要分布在胸腹部，特定穴以募穴为主。 |

| To sort out the datum based on the modern literature of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of endometriosis ,in order to provide the reference as well as the basic theory for clinical treatment.Methods: To collect related literature from databases and analyze the acupoints ,including times,distribution and channel entry for discussing the rules.Results: Seventy-eight researches were included with total 66 points and 829 times,involving twelve meridians.Conclusion:The main acupoints are Guan yuan(RN4), San yin jiao(SP6), Qi hai(RN6), Zhong ji(RN3), Zi gong(EX-CA1),mainly distributed in the chest and abdomen.The meridians is mainly on conception channel and spleen channel.The specific acupoint mainly is mu acupoint. |
