| 消渴的主要症状是多饮、多食、多尿、乏力、消瘦,或尿中有甜味为主要临床表现的一种疾病[1]。病因病机主要是禀赋不足、饮食失节、情志失调、老欲过度等引起的阴津亏损,燥热偏盛,以阴虚为本,燥热为标,气阴两虚者多见。临床治疗必须结合患者的生理特点和病理特征,要有尺度,有的放矢,才能获得良效。连苏汤为古今延用经方,文章通过对南征教授2例消渴病验案进行分析,展示了南征教授治疗消渴病方简、药轻、效卓的处方特色,对于临床辨治消渴病,具有十分重要的指导意义。 |

| Diabetes is a kind of clinical disease, and its main symptoms of diabetes include polydipsia, polyphagia, polyuria, hypodynamia, emaciation, or sweet taste of urine [1]. Its etiology and pathogenesis are mainly Yin fluid loss and serious dryness-heat caused by insufficient natural endowment, dieting disorder, emotion imbalance and excessive work and desire, with the deficiency of Yin as the principal essence, and dryness-heat as the superficial representation, and commonly deficiency of both Qi and Yin. To obtain good effect, it is necessary to conduct targeted clinical treatment properly according to the physiological characteristics and pathological characteristics of patients. Liansu decoction is a kind of ancient classical prescription and has still been used nowadays. In the paper, 2 cases of diabetes by Professor Nan Zheng were analyzed. Besides, his prescription characteristics, such as simple prescription, fewer drugs and obvious effect in treating diabetes were described. It has very important guiding significance for the clinical syndrome differentiation of diabetes. |
