| 【摘要】 目的 观察内热式针灸针治疗寒湿腰痛的临床疗效。 方法 寒湿腰痛患者随机分为内热针组和温针组，每组30例。内热针组采用内热针治疗，温针组采用温针灸治疗。结果：内热针组治疗后有效率为93.3%,温针组为70%；治疗后内热针组JOA分值、VAS分值及中医症状体征积分与温针组比较差异具有统计学意义( P ＜0.05), 内热针效果较佳。结论：内热针与温针灸相比能够更加明显地改善寒湿腰痛患者的疼痛及各项功能,且更为安全、环保。 |

| Abstracts: Objective To compare the difference in the efficacy on low back pain of cold-damp pattern between internal heating acupuncture needle ( hereinafter referred to as the internal heat needle) therapy and warming needle moxibustion therapy. Methods Sixty cases of low back pain of cold-damp pattern were radomzid into internal heating acupuncture needle group and warming needle moxibustion group (30 cases each).Results The total efficacy rate was 93.3% in the heating acupuncture needle group and 70% in the warming needle moxibustion group. There was a statistically significant post-treatment difference in the JOA score，VAS score and the symptom and physical signs score of low back pain of cold-damp syndrome between the two groups,. Conclusion Internal heating acupuncture needle is an effective way to treat low back pain of cold-damp syndrome.This therapy is characterized as more safer operation and less pollution. |
