| 目的 探讨痰热清注射液雾化吸入治疗支气管扩张的临床疗效。方法 随机选择60例支气管扩张症患者,将其分为治疗组和对照组。对照组用西医常规治疗,治疗组予西医常规治疗加痰热清注射液雾化吸入治疗。观察治疗前后痰液降钙素原(PCT)、肺功能、中医症状积分变化。结果 治疗组治疗后与对照组治疗后痰液降钙素原阳性率分别是13.33%、36.67%,与治疗组治疗前比较,治疗组治疗后痰液降钙素原阳性率明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；与对照组治疗后比较,痰热清雾化吸入治疗后肺功能指标FEV1%明显升高及中医症状积分明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 痰热清注射液雾化吸入治疗支气管扩张疗效显著,值得临床推广。 |

| Objective To approach the clinical effect of atomization inhalation of tanreqing injection in the treatment for bronchiectasis.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.Control group treated with routine western medicine,treatment group with routine western medicine therapy and tanreqing injection with atomization inhalation therapy.To observe the change of prior treatment and post-treatment of sputum procalcitonin (PCT),lung function and TCM symptoms integral.Results The sputum procalcitonin positive rate of treatment group and control group of post-treatment were 13.33%,13.33%. Compared with the prior treatment of control group,the sputum procalcitonin positive rate of the post-treatment of control group was significantly decreased,there was statistical significant difference (P<0.05).Compared with the control group,lung function index FEV1% was significantly increased and TCM symptom integral was significantly decreased after of atomization inhalation of tanreqing injection,there was statistical significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Tanreqing injection of atomization inhalation in the treatment of bronchiectasis curative effect is remarkable,worthy of clinical promotion. |
