| 【】目的 临床探究特布他林、普米克令舒联合治疗慢阻肺急性加重期的可行性、优越性。方法 选取我院2015-08-01至2016-07-31期间80例诊断为慢阻肺急性加重期入院治疗患者,按双盲法随机分为两组包括单一组40例、治疗组40例。单一组使用普米克令舒药物,治疗组加用特布他林,观察患者症状改善情况,同时对治疗前后肺功能改善、血气恢复情况进行统计。结果 治疗前两组肺功能差异无意义,P>0.05,用药后治疗组较单一组肺功能恢复好,P＜0.05；治疗前两组血气差异无意义,P>0.05,用药后治疗组较对照组血气恢复好,P＜0.05；治疗组患者症状改善有效率为95.0%,单一组为82.5%,治疗组较单一组患者病症恢复效果好,P＜0.05。 结论 临床对慢阻性肺急性加重期患者治疗时,为促进患者肺通气功能、血气恢复,可选择特布他林、普米克令舒联合用药,患者恢复好、治疗效果理想。 |

| Objective: To study the clinical feasibility and advantages of Terbutaline and Pulmicort in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Method: 80 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD treated from August 1, 2015 to July 31, 2016 in our hospital were selected. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases each group. The single group took Pulmicort; the treatment group took Pulmicort and Terbutaline. The clinical symptoms, pulmonary function and blood gas was observed. Result: Before treatment, the pulmonary function for two groups was not significantly different (P＞0.05); after treatment, the pulmonary function for treatment group was better than single group (P＜0.05); before treatment, the blood gas for two groups was not significantly different (P＞0.05); after treatment, the blood gas for treatment group was better than single group (P＜0.05); the clinical effective rate of treatment group (95.0%) was higher than single group (82.5%)(P＜0.05).Conclusion: For patients with acute exacerbation of COPD, the combined therapy of Terbutaline and Pulmicort can improve the pulmonary ventilation function and blood gas and promote the patient’s fast recovery. |
