| 目的：观察体外冲击波联合海桐皮汤外敷熏洗治疗中晚期肩周炎的临床疗效,为中晚期肩周炎的治疗提供一种更好的参考方案。方法：对纳入标准的患者60例采用随机数字法平均分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组患者采用本院“JDPN-VC型系列体外冲击波碎石机”联合海桐皮汤外敷熏洗进行治疗；对照组患者采用本院“JDPN-VC型系列体外冲击波碎石机”单一治疗；以肩部疼痛评分和运动功能评分作为指标,对治疗前后的效果进行评定,所有患者随访6个月。结果：观察组痊愈5例,显效18例,有效7例,有效率100.00%；疼痛评分(45.30±10.33/64.13±7.89)明显改善(P＜0.05),运动功能评分(122.00±41.45/221.57±40.54)明显改善(P＜0.05)。结论：体外冲击波联合海桐皮汤外敷熏洗治疗中晚期肩周炎,疗程短,复发率低,临床上值得推广。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined application of external shock wave and external application of fumigation for the treatment of middle and late scapulohumeral periarthritis, and to provide a better reference for the treatment of middle and late scapulohumeral periarthritis.Method 60 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group (30 cases). The patients in observation group were treated with JDPN-VC series extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy combined with Pittosporum decoction The patients in the control group were treated with JDPN-VC series extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy. The pain score and motor function score were used as the indexes.Results The pain score (45.30 ± 10.33 / 64.13 ± 7.89) was significantly improved (P <0.05), the motor function score (122.00 ± 41.45 / 221.57 ± 40.54) was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.01) Significantly improved (P <0.05).Conclusion External shock wave combined with Pittosporum external application fumigation in the treatment of advanced scapulohumeral periarthritis, short course of treatment, the recurrence rate is low, worthy of promotion in clinical practice. |
