| 摘要：目的：观察关节通片联合玻璃酸钠治疗踝关节创伤性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：本研究收集病例80例，随机分为两组：对照组：玻璃酸钠关节腔注射；治疗组：玻璃酸钠关节腔注射＋口服关节通片;5 周为1个疗程。通过计量两组治疗前、后的VAS、ROM评分，比较临床疗效。结果：两组治疗后的VAS、ROM评分均比治疗前明显改善（P＜0.05）；治疗5周后两组的VAS、ROM评分和临床有效率结果相当（P＞0.05）；治疗后6个月治疗组的VAS、ROM评分和临床有效率优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：关节通片联合玻璃酸钠治疗踝关节创伤性关节炎的临床疗效明显、持久。 |

| Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Guanjietong tablets combined with soduim hyaluronate in treating traumatic ankle arthritis.Methods 80 cases of traumatic ankle arthritis were divided into two group ramdly,contrast group were given intra-articular injection of sodium hyalurnate,treatment group were given Guanjietong tablets orally combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyalurnate;five weeks constituted one course of treatment.The VAS score、ROM、clinical effect of the two groups were measured and compared before and after treatment.Results The VAS score、ROM、clinical effect after treatment of the two groups were better than those before treatment（P＜0.05）; the VAS score、ROM、clinical effect of the two groups were almost the same at 5 weeks after treatment（P＞0.05）; the VAS score、ROM、clinical effect of the treatment group were better than those of the contrast group at 6 months after treatment（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of Guanjietong tablets combined with Sodium Hyaluronate in treating traumatic ankle arthritis was satisfied ang enduring. |
