| 目的 探讨不同剂量地塞米松治疗急性视神经炎的临床疗效。 方法 对2013年11月至2015年10月于我院接受治疗的90例视神经炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,按照使用剂量的不同分为低剂量组(10mg))和高剂量组(20mg)。对比分析两组患者的治疗总有效率,治疗前和治疗后1个月和3个月的视力恢复情况以及眼部并发症发生情况。结果 与低剂量组患者相比,高剂量组患者治疗后3个月的视力恢复情况改善更为显著(P<0.05);高剂量组的治疗总有效率为88.89%,明显高于低剂量组的64.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 随访患者6个月,低剂量组眼部炎症的复发率高于高剂量组,而两组患者继发性青光眼和白内障的发生率在两组间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。 结论 大剂量地塞米松更有利于急性视神经炎患者视力的回复,减少复发率,且不增加不良反应发生率,在临床上值得推广应用。 |

| To investigate the influence of different doses of hormone therapy to the clinical effect of optic neuritis. Methods The clinical data of 90patients with optic neuritis from November 2013 to October 2015 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, they were divided into low dose group (10mg)) and high dose group (20mg). The total effective rate of two groups of patients were compared and analyzed. The visual acuity and the occurrence of ocular complications were compared before and after 1 months and 3 months after treatment. Results Compared with the low dose group, after 3 months of recovery , the visual acuity of high dose group patients improved significantly (P<0.05); the total effective rate of high dose treatment group was 88.89%, which was significantly higher than that of the low dose group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);After 6 month follow-up, low dose group ocular inflammation recurrence rate is higher than that of the high dose group, and two groups of patients with glaucoma and cataract rate was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: High dose dexamethasone is more conducive to acute optic neuritis patients recovery, reduce the recurrence rate, without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions, it is worthy of clinical application. |
