| 【摘要】目的 探讨筋针疗法配合关节松动术治疗肩周炎的疗效观察。方法 随机分配96例患者为治疗组与对照组各48例，治疗组先行筋针疗法治疗，然后两组同时用关节松动术治疗后，进行疗效评定与采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）的分值差对比。结果 疗效评价治疗组的优良率为91.7%，对照组的优良率70.83%，以及每个疗程后VAS评分差值，对比都是治疗组高于对照组。结论 筋针疗法可显著减轻患者的疼痛，进一步配合关节松动术治疗改善患者的肩关节的活动度和功能，值得推广。 |

| Objective To investigate the curative effect of rib needle therapy combined with joint mobilization in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder. Methods 96 patients were randomly assigned into treatment group and control group with 48 cases in each group. The treatment group first reinforcement acupuncture therapy, and two groups with joint mobilization after treatment, and the curative effect was evaluated by visual analogue scale (VAS) score difference comparison. Results the excellent rate of treatment group was 91.7%, the excellent rate of control group was 70.83%, and the difference of VAS score after each treatment was higher than that of control group. Conclusion muscle needle therapy can significantly reduce the pain of patients, and further cooperate with the joint mobilization to improve the degree of shoulder joint activity and function, it is worth promoting. |
