| 目的：建立了高效液相色谱法测定马来酸多潘立酮片含量的方法。方法：使用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂的色谱柱，流动相为甲醇-0.5%乙酸铵（55：45），检测波长为285nm，流速1ml/min，柱温30℃。结果：马来酸多潘立酮在0.1294μg ～5.176μg之间呈良好线性关系，相关系数r2为0.99999；加标回收率在98.21%～101.73%之间。结论：本法准确、可靠，可用于马来酸多潘立酮片的质量控制。 |

| Objective:To establish a method to determinate the content of Domperidone Maleate Tablets by High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods:Using C18 column, the mobile phase was methanol -0.5% ammonium acetate (55:45), the detection wavelength was 285nm，the flow rate was 1.0mL?min-1，temperature of column was set at 30℃.Results:Domperidone maleate in 0.1294μg ～5.176μg showed a good linear relationship, the correlation coefficient r2 was 0.99999; the rate of recovery was 98.21% ～ 101.73% of standard addition. Conclusion:This method is accurate and reliable, can be used for the quality control of Domperidone Maleate Tablets. |
