| 目的: 探讨凯妮汀治疗未婚女性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病临床观察。方法: 收治VVC 患者 98例,随机分为两组, 治疗组60例,凯妮汀阴道片由妇科医生放入阴道深处,每周1次,共1个月,月经期停药；对照组38例口服氟康唑胶囊150mg顿服,只用1次。两组在治疗和复查期间均避免性生活及其他药物。结果：两组均于用药后复查,每月1次,共2次：治疗组治愈率100%,对照组治愈率94.73%,2个月复查：治疗组治愈率98.33%,对照组治愈率76.32%。结论：和口服氟康唑比较,用凯妮汀阴道片治疗未婚女性VVC 是更为有效的治疗措施。 |

| Aim To investigate the Canesten treatment clinical of unmarried women who get vulvovaginal candidiasis.
Method 98 VVC treated patients were randomly divided into two groups. There are 60 patients in the treatment group. In this group, patients took Canesten vaginal tablets into the vagina by a gynecologist once a week, lasting one month without the menstrual period; Besides, in the control group, 38 patients took oral fluconazole 150mg Dayton clothing, used only once. Both groups during treatment and were reviewed to avoid sex and other medicines.
Results Both groups had treatment review per month, lasting 2 months: The curative ratio of the treatment group is 100%, and that of the control group was 94.73%, two months later: The cure rate 98.33%, control group was 76.32%.
Conclusion Compared with oral fluconazole, The Canesten vaginal tablet is more effective to unmarried women in VVC treatment. |
