| 【Abstract】 Objective: To study the joint ShuXueTong nursing intervention was applied to analysis of 80 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy effect. Methods: In September 2015 - September 2016 in our hospital endocrinology treatment of 80 patients with diabetes peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups, adopt ShuXueTong injection treatment, the control group using conventional care model, observation group adopts comprehensive care model, compared two groups of patients with peripheral neuropathy symptoms improvement, blood sugar levels, the effects of nursing, and psychological state. Results: The observation group after nursing MCV and SCV, ABI was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); Observation group after nursing FPG, 2 HPG, HbAlC, significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Observation group after nursing symptom scores, feeling the experimental evaluation, reflection, disease knowledge score was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); Observation group after nursing SAS, SDS score significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: ShuXueTong joint nursing intervention was applied to diabetic peripheral neuropathy effect is remarkable, is helpful for the improvement of the peripheral nerve function, promote the nerve conduction function, have positive clinical significance. |
