| 目的 探讨聚乙二醇4000散剂加理气复胃口服液防治肛肠疾病术后排便困难的效果及不良反应。方法 2012年1月-2013年1月四川省人民医院肛肠手术住院患者,其中男94例,女116例,平均年龄(48±5)岁,根据治疗药物随机分为3组：聚乙二醇组(聚乙二醇4000散剂)70例,理气复胃组(理气复胃口服液)70例,联合用药组(聚乙二醇4000散剂加理气复胃口服液)70例,疗程7d,观察患者起效时间、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 服药后60h内聚乙二醇组、理气复胃组、联合用药组起效的分别为81.43%、65.72%、92.86%,联合用药组明显高于其余2组(P＜0.05),聚乙二醇组高于理气复胃组(P＜0.05)。 理气复胃组、联合用药组胃肠胀气评分在各个时间段均明显低于聚乙二醇组(P＜0.05),理气复胃组与联合用药组评分比较无明显差异(P＞0.05)。1周后总有效率分别为85.71%、70%、95.71%,联合用药组优于其余2组(P＜0.05),聚乙二醇组优于理气复胃组(P＜0.05),1周后3组总不良反应率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论 聚乙二醇4000散剂加理气复胃口服液防治肛肠疾病术后大便困难明显优于单用聚乙二醇4000散剂,同时不良反应无增加,因此这是一种有效且安全的防治肛肠术后大便困难的方法。 |

| [Objective] To explore the therapeutic efficacy and safety of macrogol 4000 powder for oral solution plus liqi fuwei oral liquid in difficult defecation after anorectal surgery. [Methods] A total of 210 inpatients with anorectal surgery at our department from January 2012 to January 2013 were divided into 3 groups：macrogol 4000 powder for oral solution treatment(macrogol group, n=70),liqi fuwei oral liquid treatment(liqi fuwei group, n=70),macrogol 4000 powder for oral solution plus liqi fuwei oral liquid treatment(combined group, n=70)．Among them,there were 94 males and 116 females with an average age of(48±5)years old．The course of treatment was 7 days in all groups．Then we observed the effective time,therapeutic efficacy and adverse reaction. [Results] There were 81.43％ effective patients in macrogol group,65.72％ in liqi fuwei group and 92.86% in combined group during 60 hours．Combined group was significantly higher than liqi fuwei group and macrogol group (P＜0.05)．And macrogol group was higher than liqi fuwei group. Flatulence scores in Combined group and liqi fuwei group was significantly lower than in macrogol group (P＜0.05). After a week,the total effective rates were 85.71%,70% and 95.71% respectively. Combined group was significantly higher than liqi fuwei group and macrogol group (P＜0.05)．And macrogol group was higher than liqi fuwei group (P＜0.05). After a week,there was no statistic difference in total adverse reaction rates among 3 groups(P＞0.05). [Conclusion] Macrogol 4000 powder for oral solution plus liqi fuwei oral liquid is more effective than macrogol 4000 powder for oral solution alone．Besides,there is no significant increase in adverse reactions．Thus the macrogol 4000 powder for oral solution plus liqi fuwei oral liquid is an effective and safe therapeutic method with difficult defecation after anorectal surgery. |
