| 目的：分析柴芍乳癖汤治疗肝郁痰凝型乳腺增生病的临床疗效。方法：将2015年2月~2016年4月70例肝郁痰凝型乳腺增生病患者分为对照组与实验组，每组35例。对照组口服他莫昔芬，实验组给予柴芍乳癖汤治疗。比较两组疗效。结果：对照组治疗总有效率为77.1%(27/35)，实验组治疗总有效率为94.3%(33/35)，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后实验组乳房肿块缩小情况和乳房疼痛评分均优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：中药柴芍乳癖汤治疗肝郁痰凝型乳腺增生效果确切，值得推广使用。 |

| Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of Chaishao Rupi Decoction in the treatment of liver qi stagnation and phlegm stagnation type hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods: 70 cases of liver qi stagnation and phlegm stagnation type of patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland from February 2015~April 2016 were randomly divided into 2 groups,35 cases of each group.The control group was treated with tamoxifen, the experimental group was given chaishao Rupi Decoction treatment.The treatment effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results: The total effective rate in control group was 77.1% (27 / 35)，and 94.3% in experimental group(33 / 35), there was statistical significance(P＜0.05).After treatment, the experimental group lump in the breast size and breast pain score were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Chaishao Rupi Decoction in the treatment of liver qi stagnation and phlegm stagnation type breast hyperplasia is effective and worth popularizing. |
