| 【】目的：探讨和分析DHS加防旋螺钉内固定治疗伴后侧皮质不完整股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法：选取2013年2月至2016年2月期间在我院接受临床治疗的30例伴后侧皮质不完整股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象,对所有患者进行DHS加防旋螺钉内固定治疗,分析患者的治疗效果。结果：30例伴后侧皮质不完整股骨颈骨折患者的髋关节功能Harris评分优良率为90.00%,患者的平均手术耗时为(50.83±14.62)min,平均术中失血量为(104.25±32.41)mL,平均住院天数为(15.83±1.42)d,所有伴后侧皮质不完整股骨颈骨折患者骨折均愈合良好,平均骨折愈合时间为(5.69±0.42)个月,有5例患者术后出现股骨头缺血性坏死症状。结论：应用DHS加防旋螺钉内固定治疗伴后侧皮质不完整股骨颈骨折患者的效果较好。 |

| 【】Objective: To study and analyze the effect of DHS and anti rotary screw internal fixation treatment with the back of cortical incomplete femoral neck fracture. Methods: In February 2013 to February 2016 in our hospital during the period of clinical treatment of 30 cases patients with the back of cortical incomplete femoral neck fracture selected as the research object, to all patients with DHS and anti rotary screw internal fixation treatment, the treatment of patients with analysis results. Results: The excellent rate of hip joint function Harris score of 30 cases with the back of cortical incomplete femoral neck fracture was 90.00%, the average operation time of patients was (50.83 ± 14.62) min, the average intraoperative blood loss was (104.25 ± 32.41) mL, average hospitalization days was (15.83 ± 1.42) d, the femoral neck fractures of all patients with the back of cortical incomplete femoral neck fracture were healed well, the average fracture healing time was (5.69 ± 0.42) months, five patients with postoperative symptoms of avascular necrosis of femoral head. Conclusion: Using DHS and anti rotary screw internal fixation treatment with the back of cortical incomplete femoral neck fracture patients were effective. |
