| 目的：探究腹泻患儿应用中西医联合综合护理的临床效果分析及应用价值。方法：本次研究将我院2014年8月至2015年6月接收的98例患有腹泻的患儿作为观察对象，将其进行分组：常规组49例进行西医护理；观察组49例患儿进行中西医联合综合护理，对比两组护理结果对患儿病情恢复的影响。结果：对比观察组与常规组临床恢复质量指标总有效率可知，观察组总有效率明显高于常规组，经统计学分析（P＜0.05）突出差异较明显；此外，患儿家长对于两组不同护理方法的满意程度显示观察组护理方法满意度更高。结论：通过研究腹泻患儿应用中西医联合综合护理的临床效果可知其有临床应用推荐价值。 |

| Objective: to explore application comprehensive nursing the clinical effect of combined Chinese and western medicine in children with diarrhea analysis and application value. Methods: this study will from August 2014 to June 2015 received 98 cases suffering from diarrhea of children as research object, grouping them: conventional western medicine care group of 49 cases; Observation group of 49 cases of combined Chinese and western medicine comprehensive care, compared two groups of care results affect children illness recovery. Results: comparative observation group and routine group clinical recovery quality index total effective rate, the total effective observation group was obviously higher than that of conventional group, after statistics analysis (P < 0.05) highlight the difference is obvious; In addition, parents satisfaction with the degree of two groups of different nursing methods according to observation group nursing satisfaction is higher. Conclusion: children with diarrhea through research the clinical effect of comprehensive application of combined Chinese and western medicine care shows the recommended value of clinical application. |
