| 单纯性脂肪肝是临床常见的慢性肝病。张小萍教授总结历代医家经验,认为本病的病因病机多为饮食不节,恣食肥甘厚味导致脾胃运化失职,肝郁气滞,痰、浊、湿、热、淤等邪气积聚于肝脏。运用丹荷保和汤加减治疗单纯性脂肪肝,取得较好的临床疗效,笔者有幸跟师学习,感触颇多,现将其治疗单纯性脂肪肝的经验简介如下,以飨同道。 |

Xiao-ping zhang professor sum up the experiences of past dynasties doctor and don"t think the cause of the disease pathogenesis is eating more section, must eat fat GanHou flavour caused the negligence of the spleen and stomach, liver depression and qi stagnation, phlegm, muddy, wet, hot, such as silting pathogens accumulate in the liver. Using Dan lotus and tonga subtraction treatment of simple fatty liver, obtain a better clinical curative effect, with teacher learning, the author had the privilege of feeling, is presently as follows the introduction of experience in the therapy of simple fatty liver, share with fellow. |
