| 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD) 是全球多发病,表现为不完全可逆性气流受限,慢性炎症及肺气肿,严重危害患者的健康,影响患者的生活质量。研究表明,随着疾病进展,COPD患者多伴有不同程度的营养不良,影响患者的生活质量及其预后。现就COPD合并营养不良的发生机制、影响因素、干预措施及目前动物实验中相关研究指标等方面综述,以期为临床提供参考。 |

| Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a worldwide disease, which is shown as incomplete reversible airflow limitation, chronic inflammation and emphysema, and seriously endanger the health of patients, affecting the quality of life of patients.Research shows that with the disease progression, COPD patients with different degrees of malnutrition, affecting the quality of life and prognosis of patients. This paper reviews the occurrence mechanism, influencing factors, intervention measures and related research indexes of COPD combined with malnutrition in animal experiments, in order to provide reference for clinical treatment. |
