| 【】 目的 为患有脓毒症合并DIC的新生儿使用低分子肝素治疗,研究其疗效。方法 按照入院单双数将74例于2013.4-2016.6入诊我院儿科的脓毒症合并DIC的新生儿分为A、B两组各37例,其中A组使用普通肝素进行治疗,B组采用低分子肝素治疗,对比两组患者治疗疗效、临床症状改善时间以及DIC指标变化情况。结果 对比两组疗效,B组总有效率94.59%优于A组78.38%,差异较大,P＜0.05。B组患儿肝素使用时间、出血停止时间以及DIC指标恢复正常时间均短于A组,P＜0.05。治疗前两组患儿DIC指标水平无差异,P＞0.05；治疗后B组患儿ATPP、PT、D-D、FDP、Fbg以及PLT水平均明显低于A组,P＜0.05。结论 对新生儿脓毒症并DIC患儿使用低分子肝素疗效更佳,且临床症状改善时间和肝素使用时间更短,DIC指标恢复情况较好,值得临床应用及推广。 |

| Objective: To study the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin in DIC (disseminated intravascular coagulation) neonates complicated with sepsis. Method: 74 DIC neonates complicated with sepsis treated from April 2013 to June 2016 in our pediatrics department were selected. The subjects were divided into two groups according to the odd or even number of registration number, 37 cases each group. Group A took heparin; Group B took the low molecular weight heparin. The clinical effect, time of improving the clinical symptoms and DIC index for two groups was compared. Result: The total effective rate for Group B (94.59%) was higher than that of Group A (78.38%) (P＜0.05); the usage time, time of stopping bleeding and recovery time of DIC index for Group B was shorter than that of Group A (P＜0.05); before treatment, the DIC index for two groups was not significant different (P＞0.05); after treatment, the index of ATPP, PT, D-D, FDP, Fbg and PLT for Group B was lower than that of Group A (P＜0.05).Conclusion: The low molecular weight heparin has a better effect in DIC neonates complicated with sepsis, can shorten the time of improving the clinical symptoms and usage time of heparin and promote the recovery of DIC index. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion. |
