      【】目的 探究子野权重(SWO)优化应用于宫颈癌根治术后调强放疗计划中的效果。方法 对2014年4月到2016年3月期间在我院进行宫颈癌根治手术的患者在根治术后进行了静态调强方式优化调强放疗计划(S-IMRT)和子野权重优化调强放疗计划(SWO-IMRT),比较两种计划的总子野数、总MU数、均匀性指数(HI)、适形度指数(CI)以及周围危及器官的受照剂量。结果 SWO-IMRT计划的总子野数和总MU明显的低于S-IMRT计划,比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05);S-IMRT和SWO-IMRT两种调强放疗计划的HI和CI比较无显著的差异(P>0.05);SWO-IMRT计划中直肠、小肠以及膀胱的受照射剂量明显的低于S-IMRT计划,比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 宫颈癌根治术后用于子野权重优化调强放疗计划能后有效的减少正常组织的照射剂量,缩短了治疗时间。

      :Objective To study the effect of segment weight optimization on cervical cancer postoperative IMRT plan. Methods Between April 2014 to March 2016, 25 patients with cervical cancer surgery were chosen as research subjects, static IMRT Optimization IMRT plan (S-IMRT ) and the sub-field weights to optimize IMRT plans (SWO-IMRT) after curative surgery for all patients.To compare the total number of segments, the total number of MU, radiation dose homogeneity index (HI), conformal index (CI) and surrounding organs at risk for two programs. Results The total number of sub-field and total MU for SWO-IMRT plan were significantly lower than the S-IMRT plan, the difference was significant (P <0.05); HI and CI for SWO-IMRT and S-IMRT were no significant difference (P> 0.05); Conclusion Segment weight optimization applied to cervical cancer postoperative IMRT plan after radical weight optimization for the segments can be effective in reducing post-dose to normal tissue and shorten the treatment time.
