| 目的: 观察自拟益气养血润肠汤治疗气血亏虚型老年习惯性便秘的临床疗效。方法: 选择我院90例气血亏虚型老年习惯性便秘患者随机分为观察组和对照组各45例，观察组以自拟益气养血润肠汤治疗；对照组以乳果糖口服溶液治疗。疗程均为21d，随访6月。结果: 观察组总有效率为97.78%，照组总有效率为80%，随访6个月后，观察组复发率为15.56% ，对照组复发率为88.89%；2组疗效、复发率比较有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论：对于气血亏虚型老年习惯性便秘患者，运用自拟益气养血润肠汤治疗有着较大的优势，值得临床推广。 |

| Objective: To observe the self BNI intestines soup clinical efficacy of the treatment of senile habitual constipation. Methods: 90 cases in our hospital senile habitual constipation were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 45 patients in the observation group to self BNI Runchang Decoction; control group lactulose oral solution treatment. Course of 21d, followed up for 6 months. Results: The total effective rate was 97.78 percent, according to the group, the total effective rate of 80%, after 6 months of follow-up, the recurrence rate was 15.56% in the observation group, the control group, the recurrence rate was 88.89%; the efficacy of the two groups, there is recurrence rate significant differences (P<0.05) Conclusion: for patients with senile habitual constipation, the use of self Treated intestines BNI has a great advantage, worthy of promotion. |
