| 目的：研究异位妊娠(EP)应用甲氨蝶呤(MTX)配合米非司酮进行保守治疗的安全性与有效性。方法：回顾分析90例EP患者的临床资料,根据用药方案进行分组：45例单用MTX治疗者为对照组,45例应用MTX 米非司酮治疗者为观察组,比较两组的临床疗效与副反应。结果：观察组的治愈率为95.56%,显著高于对照组的82.22%(P<0.05)；观察组的二次用药率为11.67%,较对照组的26.67%显著降低(P<0.05)；治疗后1、2周,两组血β-HCG均显著性降低,且组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)；观察组的血β-HCG转阴时间、包块消失时间与住院时间均较对照组显著缩短(P<0.05)；两组不良反应率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论：MTX与米非司酮联合应用于治疗EP具有显著疗效,能够促进病情康复、提高治愈率,且副反应较少。 |

| Objective: To investigate the safety and efficacy of conservative treatment of methotrexate (MTX) combined with mifepristone for ectopic pregnancy(EP).Methods: The clinical data of 90 cases of patients with EP were analyzed retrospectively,all patients were divided into two groups according to the regimen: 45 cases of patients received MTX treatment alone (control group) , 45 cases of patients received MTX mifepristone treatment,the clinical efficacy and side effects of the two groups were compared.Results: The cure rate of the observation group was 95.56%, significantly higher than the 82.22% in control group (P<0.05); The secondary treatment rate of observation group was 11.67%, significantly lower than 26.67% in control group (P<0.05); After treatment 1,2 weeks, the blood β-HCG of the two groups were significantly reduced, and the differences between the two groups were significant (P<0.05); The blood β-HCG clearance time, mass disappeared time and length of hospital stay of the observation group was significantly shorter than in the control group (P<0.05); There was no significant difference of the adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: It has a significant effect of MTX combined with mifepristone in the treatment EP, can promote disease recovery, improve the cure rate and fewer side effects. |
