| 目的：探讨ICU患者人工气道内痰痂形成的原因及针对性护理对策。方法：选取2013年4月至2014年4月我院诊治的80例ICU人工气道内痰痂患者资料进行分析,分析人工气道内痰痂形成的原因,采用随机对照方法将患者分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用常规方法护理,实验组实施护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果：实验组机械通气时间、ICU入住时间以及人工气道置管时间,显著短于对照组(P<0.05)；实验组并发症发生率为7.5%,人工气道阻塞机率为10.0%,显著低于对照组的17.5%和25.0%(P<0.05)。结论：ICU患者人工气道内痰痂形成的原因相对较多,患者治疗过程中实施护理干预效果理想,能提高临床疗效,缩短患者恢复时间,值得推广应用。 |

| Objective: To investigate the reasons for ICU patients with artificial airway sputum formation and targeted nursing. Methods: from April 2013 to April 2014 in our hospital 80 cases of ICU patient data artificial airway sputum for analysis, analyze the reasons for the formation of artificial airway sputum, randomized controlled method and patients were divided into a control group experimental group and the control group using conventional methods of care, implementation of nursing intervention in the experimental group were compared treatment effects. Results:The experimental group of mechanical ventilation, ICU stay time, and the artificial airway catheter time was significantly shorter than the control group (P <0.05); the experimental group, the complication rate was 7.5%, the artificial airway obstruction of probability was 10.0%, significantly lower than the control group 17.5% and 25.0% (P<0.05).Conclusion: The reason ICU patient artificial airway sputum formed relatively large, implemented over the course of treatment the patient nursing intervention can improve the clinical efficacy, shorten patient recovery time, it should be widely applied. |
