| 【摘要】目的：研究并探讨2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压的治疗方式及疗效。方法：于2013年1月~2015年12月，选取该阶段内我院收治的60例2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压患者作为此次研究的对象，采取数字随机表法将患者分为对照组、观察组，每组30例。所有患者均采取常规降糖方案治疗，对照组给予硝苯地平缓释片治疗，观察组在硝苯地平缓释片治疗的基础上加用缬沙坦治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的血压、血糖以及肾功能指标变化情况，并观察两组患者的不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗后，两组患者的血压、血糖以及肾功能指标均明显下降（P<0.05），且两组之间的差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者均未出现明显的不良反应，其轻微不良反应发生率进行比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：在2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压的临床治疗中，采用硝苯地平缓释片联合缬沙坦治疗的降压、降糖效果显著，且还能有效改善肾功能，安全性也得到保障。 |

| Objective: To study and explore the nephropathy of type 2 diabetes mellitus with hypertension treatment and curative effect. Methods: In January 2013 ~ December 2015, the selection of the stage in our hospital 60 cases of type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients with hypertension as the research object, adopt digital random table method were divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. All patients were treated by conventional hypoglycemic treatment, the control group was given Extended Release Nifedipine Tablets treatment, the observation group in Extended Release Nifedipine Tablets treated with valsartan treatment. Two groups were compared before and after treatment of blood pressure, blood glucose and renal function changes, and to observe the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups. Results: after treatment, the two groups of patients with blood pressure, blood glucose and renal function indexes were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). No obvious adverse reactions were observed in two groups of patients, the slight adverse reaction rate were compared, the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). Conclusion: in the clinical treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients with hypertension by nifedipine sustained-release tablets combined with valsartan in the treatment of hypertension, hypoglycemic effect is remarkable, and can effectively improve the renal function and safety are also guaranteed. |
