| 目的：研究分析慢性牙周炎与种植体周围炎的相关性关系。方法：以2015年3月~2016年1月作为观察时间段，将我院口腔外科所收治行种植修复的牙缺失合并慢性牙周炎患者共25例作为研究对象，设置为观察组，另选择同期牙缺失且排除慢性牙周炎的患者25例作为研究对象，设置为对照组。对两组患者临床资料进行回顾分析，对比观察两组患者种植体周相关临床指标检测结果的差异。结果：观察组患者检测点位结果显示：改良菌斑指数均值为（0.63±0.02）分，改良龈沟出血指数均值为（1.03±0.05）分，种周袋探诊深度均值为（2.15±0.12）mm，均与对照组对比存在显著差异，P值经检验＜0.05，有统计学意义。结论：慢性牙周炎病变与种植体周围炎的发生有一定相关性关系，需在临床处理中谨慎对待并处理。 |

| Objective: To study the analysis of chronic periodontitis and inflammation around the implant dependency relationships. Methods: tooth loss in March 2015 - January 2016 as an observation period, I will be admitted to the hospital Oral Surgery Implantation combined total of 25 cases of chronic periodontitis patients as research subjects to the observation group, another choice the same period of tooth loss and exclusion of 25 patients with chronic periodontitis in the study, set to the control group. Analysis of the clinical data of two groups of patients were reviewed, comparing two groups were observed peri-implant clinical parameters associated with differences in test results. Results: The results of the detection point observation group display: modified plaque index mean (0.63 ± 0.02) points, modified sulcus bleeding index mean (1.03 ± 0.05) points, the kind periodontal pocket probing depth mean (2.15 ± 0.12 ) mm, comparing with the control group were significantly different, P value after test <0.05, statistically significant. Conclusion: Chronic periodontitis lesions and peri occurrence of certain dependency relationships, should be cautious in the clinical management and treatment. |
