| 目的：了解南昌大学第一附属医院降糖药的使用情况,促进临床合理用药。方法：采用Mircrosoft Excel表,对本院2012-2014年各类降糖药的销售金额及用量进行统计；另对各类药品的用药频度(DDDs),日均费用(DDC)进行分析。结果： 3年中,降糖药总销售金额逐年增加,品种数量稳定。胰岛素制剂中,预混胰岛素的使用始终占据主体地位。口服降糖药中,阿卡波糖的销售金额排第一位。结论：我院降糖药种类较全,医生在实施个体化给药方案时应确保安全,有效,合理,经济地使用降糖药。 关键词：降糖药；用药分析；用药频度；日均费用 |

| OBJECTIVE: TO Investigate the use of Hypoglycemic Drugs in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University to promote clinical rational use of drugs. METHODS:Using Microsoft Excel, the use of Hypoglycemic Drugs in this hospital between 2012 and 2014 were analyzed statistically with regard to consumption sum and its order, DDDs ,DDC. RESULTS: The total consumption sum of hypoglycemic agents in the hospital increased year by year,yet the number of varieties were stable in the 3 years.Among insulin formulations,The premixed insulin were play the dominant position; among oral hypoglycemic agents,acarbose occupied the fist place in the list of consumption sum. Conclusion The species of hypoglycemic agents are complete in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University The physicians should ensure safe,effective rational and economical use of hypoglycemic agents when implementing individualized dosing regimen. |
