| 目的：研究中风后失语症应用针灸联合语言康复训练治疗的疗效。方法：选取2014 年1月至2015年12月在我院接受治疗的中风后失语症患者70例，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各35例。对照组给予常规语言康复训练，观察组在对照组的基础上加行针灸治疗，针刺语言一区，语言二区，语言三区，结合辩证配穴，每日1次，每次留针30min，10次为1疗程，疗程间休息1天继续下一疗程，两组患者均治疗3个疗程后对比两组的疗效。结果：治疗后，观察组的语言功能评分及BDAE分级均较治疗前显提高，且观察组显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组的总有效率为91.43%，显著高于对照组的71.43%，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：针灸治疗结合语言康复训练能够更好的改善语言功能、明显提高治疗的总有效率，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective: To inveterate the effect of language rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture in treatment of stroke aphasia.Methods: 70 cases of stroke patients with aphasia in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 35 cases in each group. The control group received conventional language rehabilitation training, the observation group on the basis of the control group on the plused line acupuncture, acupuncture a language area, language, Second District, three districts language, combined with dialectical acupoints, 1 day, each time the needle 30min, 10 times as a course of treatment,1 day of rest continue to the next course of treatment. After 3 courses of treatment, effect of patients in both groups were compared.Results: After treatment, the language function scores and BDAE rating in both groups were significantly increased,and the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05); The total effective rate was 91.43% in observation group, significantly higher than 71.43% in the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with language rehabilitation training in treatment of stroke aphasia can better improve language function, significantly improved the overall efficiency of the treatment, worthy of clinical application. |
