| 目的 及时在上海市外来常住人口中发现麻风病现症患者，并及时给予麻风病现症患者抗麻风病治疗和随访服务，同时评估其麻风病核心知识知晓水平。方法 采用整群抽样的方法，确定调查对象2017例，使用《可疑症状皮肤病筛查调查表》和《麻风病核心知识知晓率调查问卷》对其进行面对面调查，并对调查结果进行分析。结果 本次调查未发现麻风病可疑症状者；麻风病相关知识知晓率调查分析发现，调查对象认为麻风病可以治好的比例达到73.8%，调查对象的主要相关知识来源为宣传活动、宣传资料、电视、广播等途径。结论 通过线索调查及时主动发现外来常住人口中的麻风病现症患者，及时予以其相关治疗是防止更多人感染麻风病的有效举措，同时提高广大市民对麻风病防治知识的认知水平、消除广大市民对麻风病病人的歧视。 |

| Objective To find out patients with leprosy in foreign resident population of Shanghai , immediately provid treatment and follow-up services for the leprosy patients, and evaluate the level of core knowledge about leprosy. Methods using cluster sampling method, to determine subjects (n = 2017), used《the suspicious symptoms skin disease screening questionnaire》and《the leprosy core knowledge awareness questionnaire 》investigation on its face to face, and then analyzed the survey results. Results There was no any suspicious symptoms in this survey. Aware of knowledge about leprosy related investigation and analysis, found that 73.8% respondents think leprosy could be cured. Investigation of the main knowledge sources for promotional activities, promotional materials, TV, radio and so on. Conclusion through clue investigation promptly take the initiative to find foreign resident population of patients with leprosy, in a timely manner to the relevant treatment is an effective measure to prevent more people infected with leprosy. At the same time improve the cognitive level of leprosy prevention knowledge of citizens, and eliminate citizens’ discrimination against leprosy patients. |
