      目的:对于儿童急性呼吸窘迫综合症与肺炎支原体相关性展开探讨。方法:选取我院于2014年6月-2015年12月间收治的40例肺炎支原体感染患儿临床资料,对于其临床表现、胸部影像学及血气变化情况展开统计;以PCR荧光探针法联合患者临床症状表现对于患儿肺炎支原体感染情况进行分析;最终,对于儿童急性呼吸窘迫综合症与肺炎支原体相关性进行分析。结果:经临床检验、分析,儿童急性呼吸窘迫综合征同肺炎支原体感染初期存在较弱的相关性(P>0.05)(但临床实践发现部分肺炎支原体感染后早期即可出现呼吸窘迫,且缺氧严重,气道反应性明显增高,但非气道过敏及哮喘急性发作,纤维支气管镜下发现气道水肿、狭窄,肺部渗出可能不多。经研究证实,社区获得性呼吸窘迫综合征毒素基因是肺炎支原体的一个重要毒力因子,与肺损伤程度呈正相关),仅病情严重、危急者才可能致使急性呼吸窘迫综合症(P>0.05),所选择的40例患儿中感染初、中期共35例,且8例感染肺炎支原体,5例感染重期患儿均患有急性呼吸窘迫综合症。结论:儿童急性呼吸窘迫综合征具有低患病率、高病死率,对于儿童生命健康造成了极大威胁,肺炎支原体感染严重者与其相关系数较高,能够作为临床判断前症,给予临床诊断及治疗以预警。

      objective: acute respiratory distress syndrome in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae correlation. Selection methods: our hospital from June 2014 - December 2015 between the treated 40 cases of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children with clinical data, for the clinical manifestations, chest imaging and blood gas changes on statistics; With clinical symptoms of patients with PCR fluorescence probe method for children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection situation analysis; In the end, for children with acute respiratory distress syndrome and mycoplasma pneumoniae correlation analysis. Confirmed by research, community acquired respiratory distress syndrome toxin genes of mycoplasma pneumoniae is an important virulence factor, was positively correlated with the degree of lung injury), only the disease is severe, the crisis could cause acute respiratory distress syndrome (P > 0.05), the choice of 40 cases of early, mid - a total of 35 cases of infection, and 8 cases of pneumonia mycoplasma infection, 5 cases heavy period of children with acute respiratory distress syndrome. Conclusion: children with acute respiratory distress syndrome with low incidence, high case fatality rate, caused a great threat to children''s life health, severe pneumonia mycoplasma infection and its correlation coefficient is higher, can be used as a clinical judgment before the disease, gives warning to the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
