| 【】目的：探讨桂枝茯苓胶囊联合孕三烯酮对子宫内膜异位症术后的疗效。方法：将49例经腹腔镜手术确诊为子宫内膜异位症的术后患者随机分为观察组25例,对照组24例,对照组采用孕三烯酮2.5mg/次,2次/周；观察组在对照组基础上加用桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗3粒,Tid po,10天/月,2组患者均连续用药6个月,观察比较两组患者术后临床症状缓解情况,复查超声进行疗效评估。结果：对照组有效率87.5%,观察组总有效率96%,2组总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对于子宫内膜异位症的术后患者应用孕三烯酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊能更好缓解临床症状、降低术后复发率。 |

| Objective: To investigate the joint capsule Guizhifuling gestrinone effect of endometriosis surgery. Methods: 49 patients with laparoscopic surgery diagnosed endometriosis of the patients were randomly divided into two groups, 25 cases in the observe group, 24 cases in the control group, the control group with gestrinone 2.5mg / times, 2 times / week ; observation group were based on the use Guizhi Fuling capsule treatment 3 pills, Tid po, 10 days / month, 2 groups were continuous medication for six months, the two groups were observed after relief of clinical symptoms, ultrasound review efficacy evaluation. Results: The control group was 87.5% in the observation group total effective rate of 96%, the total efficiency of the two groups was statistically significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: For the endometriosis patients gestrinone joint capsule Guizhifuling better relieve symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate. |
