| 目的：研究集束化护理干预措施对妇产科住院病人导尿管相关性尿路感染（CAUTI）的控制效果。方法：选取2014年7月~2015年9月我院妇产科留置导尿7 d以上患者107例作为观察组，采取集束化护理干预措施。将2012年7月~2013年9月我院妇产科留置导尿患者99例作为对照组，采取常规护理。比较两组干预措施执行率和留置导尿管不同时间尿路感染发生率。结果：两组干预措施执行率比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组接受留置尿管第3、5、7天感染发生率均较对照组明显下降（P＜0.05）。结论：通过采取集束化护理干预措施如：培训教育、加强手卫生和使用硅胶导尿管等可有效降低妇产科留置导尿患者的CAUTI发生率。 |

| Objective: To study the effect of bundle of nursing intervention in patients with urinary tract infection in obstetrics and gynecology department. Method: Selected 107 indwelling catheter patients hospitalized more than 7 days from July 2014 to September 2015 in department of gynecology and obstetrics, who taking bundle of nursing intervention measures as the observation group, and 99 indwelling catheter patients stayed from July 2012 to September 2013 in the same department, who taking usual care as the control group. The infection rate of CAUTI between the two groups was compared. Result: The CAUTI infection rate in the observation group was decreased, and the difference was statistical significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Through taking bundle of nursing intervention measures, such as training and education, strengthening the hand hygiene and using silica gel catheter, can effectively reduce the CAUTI infection rate in indwelling urethral catheterization patients in obstetrics and Gynecology department. |
