| 【】 目的： 分析对睡眠障碍综合征患者给予中西医结合治疗的临床疗效。方法：对2014年3月-2015年5月我院收治的90例睡眠障碍综合征患者进行观察,根据不同治疗方案将患者平均分为西药组和结合组。西药组采用口服艾司唑仑治疗,结合组在此基础上联合中药汤剂安神饮、针灸、穴位贴敷治疗。治疗2周,观察治疗效果。结果： 结合组总有效率93.33%明显高于西药组77.78%,结合组不良反应明显低于西药组,有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对睡眠障碍综合症患者给予中西医结合治疗可以提高治疗效果,提高患者的睡眠质量,减轻患者的痛苦。 |

| [abstract] objective To analyze to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment in patients with sleep disorder syndrome clinical efficacy. Methods 90 cases of patients with sleep disorder syndrome were observed in our hospital during March 2014 and May 2015, according to different patients on average can be divided into western medicine treatment group and combination group. Treatment with western medicine group oral estazolam, combined with the group on the basis of combined traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth sedative drinks, acupoint sticking therapy. Treatment 2 weeks, observed treatment effect. Results Total effective rate 93.33% combination group was obviously higher than that of western medicine group 77.78%, adverse reaction combination group was obviously lower than western medicine group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment can improve the effect of treatment in patients with sleep disorder to, improve the sleep quality of patients, reduce the pain of the patients. |
