| 目的：观察养阴益气汤治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法：将100例过敏性鼻炎患儿者随机分为2组,其中对照组50例,予孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗,治疗组50例给予养阴益气汤治疗,疗程均为1个月,随访3个月。观察两组服药期间症状的变化、复发率。结果：治疗组临床疗效总有效率为94%,对照组临床疗效总有效率为86%,两组有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组复发率为 95%,观察组复发率为 39%,两组复发率比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论：养阴益气汤能有效防治小儿过敏性鼻炎,减轻其发作,同时对过敏体质有一定的调理作用。 |

| Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Yang yin Yi qi Decoction in the treatment of children allergic rhinitis. Methods：100 cases of type of deficiency in children with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into two groups, one control group of 50 cases, treated with montelukast sodium chewing tablets in the treatment, the treatment group (50 cases) was treated with Yang yin Yi qi Decoction "in the treatment of, the treatment lasted for 1 month up three month. Observe the changes of symptoms and the recurrence rate of the two groups. Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 94%, control group total effective rate was 86%, two groups had no statistically significant efficiency difference (P>0.05). The recurrence rate of control group was 95%, the recurrence rate of the observation group was 39%, compared the recurrence rate of the two groups, there was significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion：Yang yin Yi qi Decoction is effective in treating allergic rhinitis in children, relieve the attack, also have certain effect on allergy conditioning. |
