| 目的：探讨剖析腹针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法：参与研究者均是腰椎间盘突出症患者，治疗时间2013年9月-2015年10月，病例总数72例，经对照等分形式分为实验组（n=36）与对照组（n=36），实验组应用腹针治疗，对照组应用常规针刺治疗，比较两组疗效及生活质量。结果：实验组总有效率和患者生活质量评分均比常规组要高（P均＜0.05）。结论：采取腹针治疗腰椎间盘突出症，效果突出，可提高病人生活质量，具有运用价值。 |

| Purpose:To explore the clinical efficacy of abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and its influence on the quality of life of patients.method：Study participants were patients with lumbar disc herniation, treatment time in September 2013 October 2015, with a total of 72 cases were, by contrast equally divided into experimental group (n = 36) and control group (n = 36), experimental group used abdominal acupuncture treatment, control group was treated with conventional acupuncture treatment, compared two groups of efficacy and quality of life.result：The total effective rate and the quality of life of the patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Take abdominal acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation, the effect is outstanding, can improve the quality of life of patients, with the use of value. |
