| 【】目的 为探讨外剥内扎切除术(MMH)、PPH、TST治疗混合痔的临床疗效、安全性、效费比 方法 将195例混合痔患者随机分为3组,每组65例。治疗组分为外剥内扎术组、PPH组、TST组。分别观察3组术后的疼痛评分、手术时间、住院时间、术后并发症、诊疗费用等指标。结果 外剥内扎术组、TST组、PPH组在治愈率方面无明显差异, TST组在疼痛评分方面、术后出血方面均优于其他两组,TST组、PPH组在住院天数、创面愈合、残留赘皮方面优于外剥内扎术组,在诊疗费用方面外剥内扎术组明显低于TST组、PPH组。结论 外剥内扎切除术、PPH、TST治疗混合痔疗效确切, PPH及TST,特别是TST术后疼痛较小,恢复迅速,但治疗费用较高；针对不同的患者,采取不同的手术方式,采用个体化的治疗,更能取得更好的疗效及满意度。 |

| Objective In order to investigate the Milligan Morgan resection (MMH), PPH, TST in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids clinical efficacy, safety, cost-effectiveness Method 195 cases of mixed hemorrhoid patients were randomly divided into 3 groups, 65 cases in each group. The treatment group was divided into external dissection and internal ligation group, PPH group and TST group. The 3 groups were observed after operation, pain score, operative time, hospitalization time, postoperative complications, treatment costs and other indicators. Results Milligan Morgan group, TST group, PPH group had no significant difference in the cure rate TST in pain score, postoperative hemorrhage were better than the other two groups, TST, PPH group in the length of hospital stay, wound healing, residual skin tag is superior to external stripping internal ligation group. In treatment costs stripping internal ligation group was significantly lower than that of TST group, PPH group.Conclusion Milligan Morgan resection, PPH, TST in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids, each has advantages, curative effect, less adverse reaction, but PPH, TST treatment cost is high; the combined use of three kinds of operation can reduce postoperative bleeding, epicanthus residue and hemorrhoids recurrence and other complications and sequelae. |
